Another little home project!

Okay, here is the other little project I decided to do. I really like how it turned out, and I love it on our porch. I hung it on our front walkway to greet our visitors;) Can you tell we are Georgia fans? Enjoy:)

A little project;)

I thought this turned out pretty cute! I am also painting a wooden sign to hang at our entry way. I will post pictures of the final project later today! We are watching Georgia football and I am baking homemade pumpkin cupcakes! I love Saturdays in the fall....well, almost fall- Thursday,that is:)

BSF

Bible Study Fellowship started today, and I am so excited that I was able to get into a class! This is an international bible study that has been around for many years. There are women all over the world doing the same study. Our study this year is on the book of Isaiah. After day one, I can already forsee how much I am going to grow and learn.

The best part about this, Wyatt will be right along with me. I am so excited for him to have another day, other than Sunday, to be with other kids and learn more about Jesus. They do a bible study with the kids, as well as singing hymns.

Wyatt and I both have great teachers, and I am really excited about the future studies!

I am into my 18th week of pregnancy, and can't believe how fast it is going! I will blog on that later:)

Monday, Monday

Well, it is Monday, once again, and we are already halfway through September. Weston said a couple days ago that he has been home for 4 months already. I can't believe it. I am still in the "honeymoon stage" I guess. I still feel like he just got home.

Well, it is going to be a busy week! Thankfully, I have today and tomorrow to clean, and do some stuff around the house. Wednesday and Thursday I have a lot to fit into two days. Friday I have my Cake Decorating class, Saturday is game day (and Eclipse day:)), and then Sunday is one of my favorites, but still have laundry and "Sunday" stuff I have to do, to get ready for the week. Next week I have my 18 week checkup, and...Our ULTRASOUND! I cannot wait to see my baby on screen. Then, next Thursday my mom comes in town to keep Wyatt. Weston and I are headed to Ilinois for our friends' wedding!! Just the two of us, what will I do? :) I will miss Wyatt like crazy, but I will enjoy my date weekend.

It was a good weekend other than Georgia loosing. I am really dissapointed because we are better than that. We need to get it together. We had a great time with friends, however, and a great Sunday.

Rainy Days!

I woke up to rain this morning, and although I can't go on my walk, I LOVE IT. We don't get much rain here in Texas, so bring it on!!! Going to make a yummy soup for dinner, and enjoy the night. For those of you who have taste in television, SONS OF AMARCHY premieres tonight!! Weston and I have been waiting since May to start the next season. We are a little obsessed...I cannot wait until 9pm! FX, here we come!

We had such a wonderful weekend. Friday we just worked around the house. Saturday, of course, was Georgia v. LA-Lafayette. We smoked a pork butt, and had some friends over. Sunday morning we went on a walk early, actually ended up walking too long and were late for church, but really ejoyed it. Sunday night we went with some fun friends to Central Texas Fair. We had a great time. Monday we hung around the house, finished up stuff for the week, and did some organizing. Weston gets antsy by about day 3 of a holiday weekend, so he did a lot of projects this weekend. Can't complain...our house looks better:)

Wyatt is obviously asleep when Weston runs and does PT in the am. But, this weekend when Weston would leave to run, he would cry at the driveway until he came back. So sad. He is going through that seperation stage:(

Still praying for my friends whose husbands are deployed!

Okay going to light my fall candles and enjoy this day!!

16 weeks - Pregnancy update

How far along? 16 weeks, 4 days

Maternity clothes? yes and no

Stretch marks? None, yet.

Sleep: pretty good. I am already waking up to use the restroom...and so it begins;)

Best moment this/last month: Weston feeling the baby kicks:)

Movement: Oh yes! This little baby moves a lot.

Food cravings: Fruit, salad, anything sweet, lots more...

Gender: For the few of my friends who are with me on not finding out the sex, we may loose this battle for me:) My husband is very adamant about finding out this time. I am trying to change his mind, but I also feel that it isn't just my decision, and it is really important to him, too. So, we will see. I am hoping when we walk into the appointment he will remember how wonderful it was to wait, and he will change his mind...yeah right?!
