Wyatt has gone from the Army crawl to crawling on his knees. One day he is just sliding around, and the next he is a pro at crawling. Now, he is all over the place. He is 10 months old (will be 11 months on the 14th), and weighs about 22 lbs. He is so beautiful and he still amazes me everyday.
He has really changed a lot since last month. He has a lot more hair, although you wouldn't know it because it is white. He wakes up most days with the funniest bed head. I can now put some gel and water on his hair and comb it. Usually, I try and make it look good for church;) He is crawling everywhere and pulling up on everything. I am about to baby proof the house.
We had a BIG day on Monday. He said "mama". He said dada a few weeks ago, but this was different. He really knows what it means and now, he says it all the time. It melts my heart. Weston likes to remind me he said "dada" first;) He knows what "no" means, and understands my tone when I say it. He really looks so much like Weston, still. It just makes my day when he wakes up. Weston won't believe it when he gets home. We have an incredible son.
Weston is doing well. He is really busy, which is good for him, and getting lots of exoerience. He now has his platoon and a squad that he is in charge of. I am proud of him, because he works really hard-exceptionally hard-and it pays off.We have completed 4 MONTHS!He will be home in February and I absolutely cannot wait.
I am doing well. Staying busy. I took the FRG (Family Readiness Group) Co-leader position, and that entails a lot! But, I have to say, I am really glad I took it, and I am actually enjoying it. I wasn't sure that I would. It is rewarding to know that we are helping make the families' lives' a little easier.
Overall, we are just movin' along, and counting down to FEB! Thank you all for your continued prayers!

Yes, being a co-leader is a great responsibility. I took the position this past spring, but am so grateful I did. There are many wives whose only support is the FRG. I know you'll make a difference in their lives and encourage them during this deployment.
I can't wait until I'm in your shoes and can say we've already endured 4 months!!
